Orders being shipped outside of the UK:

salviaonline.co.uk will only answer order inquiries via an order number and indicate that either an order has or has not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped overseas our responsibility for that order is over

Failure to receive an order due to the worlds postal systems is a purchaser liability as we cannot be held responsible for theft within foreign postal services and/or seizure by customs

Missing Order Policy.

If your order is missing, we have a wait period of up to five weeks. letters get returned to us every week because an improper address or recipient name is used. It takes up to five weeks or more for a letter to be returned to us so we ask that you be patient and most of all polite, so we can quickly help to resolve the problem.

The purchaser further agrees to hold salviaonline.co.uk harmless for claims, actions, legal and/or court fees brought against him/her in connection with any use of products ordered from this web site.

salviaonline.co.uk does not assume any responsibility if seeds are confiscated by customs or similar agencies. The risk of shipping falls on the customer therefore we will not be held liable as these products are intended only for export to countries where their use is not restricted. salviaonline.co.uk does not accept any product-liability.

consumption and age

I certify that I am of legal age. I understand that unless a product has been designated as a consumable item by salviaonline.co.uk, it will be considered as poisonous and will not be taken internally in any manner by human or animal.

In no event will salviaonline.co.uk be liable to me or anyone else for any damages or injury caused by ingestion of this product or by it’s misuse or improper use, or action taken by me in reliance on information or views either verbal or in literature purchased through salviaonline.co.uk or for any incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages.

All products here are sold for collection and specimen and I further state that I am purchasing these items at my own risk, and that I will not, hold salviaonline.co.uk liable for any harm done to my self or any other life form by the use, misuse or abuse of any products sold here. I agree not to use any merchandise purchased from salviaonline.co.uk in any illegal or dangerous manner. I understand that any information presented on this site is for informational purposes, and that no warranty to its accuracy.

In no event shall female-seeds.co.uk be liable for any damages other than the amount paid by me for product Any and all other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive, are hereby excluded.

Privacy Policy.

salviaonline.co.uk does not keep any records of clients nor any information created when visiting this site. Client information is kept private during any transactions and deleted/destroyed once that transaction is over.

Replacement Policy.

Any item received that is damaged will be replaced if sent back to us in the sealed container. This warranty is void if the packet has been opened.

Please note

All records of transaction are destroyed after 8 weeks and it is impossible to track items / orders that are alleged not to have arrived, have been intercepted or other wise.

Failure to contact us in this time frame is your responsibility, and we can not be held responsible for orders after the 8 week period has passed.
