We are a UK based mail order company who have been trading since 2001, you can contact us by phone, email or postal mail.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide but outside of the UK is at the purchaser’s own risk. Please check your local laws before ordering.

How do you ship?

We use royal mail and send all UK packages FIRST CLASS TRACKED. All UK packages will have a tracking number. Foreign packages will be delivered by your national postal service and tracking is available for some orders. If you want a tracking number for a foreign parcel you need to select ‘INTERNATIONAL TRACKED’ when checking out. It costs a bit more but will allow you to keep an eye on your parcel – If you do not select and pay for ‘Priority Airmail’ then we will not be able to provide you with any tracking information unfortunately. Please contact us if you have a tracking query stating your name and order
number.

Do you send discretely?

Yes, we send all items in plain cardboard boxes and on the back all we have is our PO box return address. There is no mention of our company name or the contents of the order anywhere on the package

Do you guarantee delivery?

UK orders –Yes, we guarantee delivery, if the parcel goes missing we will resend it without question.

Orders outside of the UK – No, we cannot guarantee delivery outside of the UK as foreign customs and postal services are beyond our control. All overseas orders are placed at the customers own risk. Please do not order if you are not willing to accept this risk.

Legality of spores in the UK

We only sell our spores for collection and research purposes. That is to say, it is perfectly legal to possess magic mushroom spores to look at under a microscope or to store in order to preserve the genetics of that particular strain. What you must not do is attempt to grow mushrooms from these spores. WE CANNOT DISCUSS GROWING MUSHROOMS AND WILL NOT DO SO. If we think you intend to use the spores to break the law we will not be able to sell them to you.

How can I pay for my order?

Unfortunately we cannot currently take card payments so we have a variety of other payment options available, each of which offer a discount.

Bitcoin payments – 20% discount for the time being

  • Bitcoins – read more about how to pay using bitcoin

Cash payments – 15% discount

  • Send cash payment in the mail via recorded mail or special delivery, ensuring you disguise the cash inside some leaflets or some other item. Select cash payment at checkout for further instructions

Direct payments – 10% discount on all orders

  • Bank transfer or over the counter bank payment
  • Postal order
  • Money Order
  • Cheque

How does it work?

All you need to do is add items to your shopping cart and check out as normal. After you have entered your delivery address you will be given the option of paying by one of the methods listed above. If you choose the direct payment option, you will be given instructions on how to pay us using one of our direct payment options as well as an order number you use for your payment reference. All you will then need to do is make a bank transfer, pop a postal order/cash payment in the mail, send a money order or make a bitcoin payment then e-mail us confirming you have sent payment. Once we have received payment we will send your goods out – simple!
