By placing an order, the purchaser represents that products ordered will only be used in a lawful manner. The purchaser agrees that he/she will not use or allow others to use any item from this web site in an illegal manner.

The purchaser further agrees to hold SALVIAONLINE harmless for claims, actions, legal and/or court fees brought against him/her in connection with any use of products ordered from this web site.

SALVIAONLINE does not assume any responsibility if spores are confiscated by customs or similar agencies. The risk of shipping outside of the UK falls on the customer therefore we will not be held liable as these products are intended only for export to countries where their use is not restricted.

At salviaonline , we are 100% committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of the visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that salviaonline is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. When you visit our website you are able to browse without any data being collected from you, however to make your shopping experience easier we give you the opportunity to register your details with us.  As part of this registration process, we collect personal information.
