Our spores are sold as adult souvenirs for genetic preservation purposes or microscopy purposes only.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain and obey all laws which apply to the possession and use of any items listed on our site. Please consult local, provincial and federal laws (including pertinent laws applied to your country) before placing an order.

By placing an order, the purchaser represents that products ordered will only be used in a lawful manner. The purchaser agrees that he/she will not use or allow others to use any item from this web site in an illegal manner.

The purchaser further agrees to hold SALVIAONLINE harmless for claims, actions, legal and/or court fees brought against him/her in connection with any use of products ordered from this web site.

SALVIAONLINE does not assume any responsibility if spores are confiscated by customs or similar agencies. The risk of shipping outside of the UK falls on the customer therefore we will not be held liable as these products are intended only for export to countries where their use is not restricted.

Who we are

At salviaonline , we are 100% committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of the visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that salviaonline is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing. In this Privacy Policy, we provide lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information and how we use it.

Ordering and Access

When you visit our website you are able to browse without any data being collected from you, however to make your shopping experience easier we give you the opportunity to register your details with us.  As part of this registration process, we collect personal information. We will ask for a valid E-mail address which will be used to verify your registration and enable you to set up a password protected member account.  Personal data required to make orders with salviaonline  is tied to your member account.

We use personal  information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to contact you to confirm an order.  You do not have to have an account with us to make a purchase. We never share any of this information with third parties except for the purpose of processing and shipping your order or if we are required to do so by law.

When you check-out and have completed your order we will ask for personal information about you.  This includes your full name, address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card details. This personal data will only be shared with our payment service provider and couriers, and only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order. We do not store your credit card details/payment details.

We do not have a mailing list and we do not contact you with promotional offers or anything else – the only thing we will contact you about is your order and how it is progressing
